Life can feel tricky and unexpected even during the best of times. All of us can lose our way and feel out of alignment. Having a therapeutic space to regroup, examine old patterns, process new issues, and chart an authentic path forward can make the difference between surviving and thriving. As a New York state licensed clinical psychologist, I have extensive experience helping adults (18+) navigate varied mental health issues, life disruptions, and losses.
APPROACH
My priority is developing warm and collaborative relationships with my clients so that we can freely explore, clarify, and work through challenges while strengthening natural resilience. All backgrounds and identities are welcomed and affirmed. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy to offer accessible coping skills plus deeper insights into how my clients exist in the world. This combination of personalized support and techniques helps us forge meaningful change. My full list of specialties is featured below.
